Your friends save 5%.
You earn 15%.

Say a friend uses your link and orders US$200 of eligible products. Your 5% takes US$10 off, so they pay US$190. You earn 15% of that US$190, which is US$28.50.

Commission is worked out on what they actually paid for eligible products, after the 5% discount and before any tax or shipping. Orders in Canadian dollars earn commission in Canadian dollars.

Commission is paid on each buyer's first order only. Later orders, renewals and add-ons still get your 5% off, but do not earn commission.

Counts: devices, Lifetime Pro, the two-packs, bundles, prepaid service, StepSafe Care and Protect, additional devices, accessories and the Premium Digital Safety Kit, when they are in the order at checkout.

Does not count: donations, Sponsor a Device, Gift a Lifetime, and Buy One, Sponsor One. That money goes to families who cannot afford a device, so it gets no discount and earns no commission. Buy One, Sponsor One is sold as a single product at a single price, so the whole product is left out. Monthly service is billed separately once a device is activated, and never earns commission.

Your commission becomes payable 30 days after the order is delivered. Orders can be cancelled for a refund until they ship, and there is a 30 day window to report damage after delivery, so we wait 30 days after delivery before an order counts as settled. Devices ship in early 2027, so expect your first payout in 2027.

Refunded, cancelled or charged back orders earn nothing. You can watch every order move from waiting to ship, to shipped, to delivered, to payable, to paid on your dashboard. We pay monthly by Interac e-Transfer (in Canada), PayPal or Wise once you have US$25 payable (CA$25 for commission in Canadian dollars), and we cover the transfer fees. See an example dashboard.

• Say that you earn a commission every time you share your link or code, before or next to the link. For example: “I earn a commission if you buy through my link.”
• Only use the claims on our Approved Claims sheet. No medical claims, and never promise StepSafe will keep a child safe.
• Never post a child's photo without the parent's permission, and never show where a child lives or goes to school.
• No spam, no coupon sites, and no bidding on “StepSafe” in search ads.
• Your own and your household's orders do not earn commission.
• The last partner link someone clicked counts for 60 days. A code typed at checkout counts over a link.
